Key Features and Benefits

Versatile Substrate Compatibility

A Series inks are designed to adhere exceptionally well to a variety of difficult surfaces, including:

  • Wood
  • Varnished or lacquered finishes
  • Primed metals
  • Thermoplastics with low or no plasticiser content (e.g., rigid PVC, acrylics, polycarbonates)
  • Duro plastics (such as melamine or phenolic resins)
  • Acrylic moulds (commonly used for shield inserts in the electronics industry)
This wide compatibility reduces the need for multiple ink systems, streamlining production workflows.

Drying & Finish

These inks dry via oxidation, meaning they cure through the absorption of atmospheric oxygen — eliminating the need for complex curing systems. The result is a smooth, controlled finish with a natural gloss to semi-gloss sheen, ideal for both aesthetic and functional printing.

Superior Print Performance

  • High Pigment Concentration: Delivers vibrant, bold colours with excellent coverage.
  • Excellent Opacity: Offers superior hiding power, even on dark or uneven substrates.
  • Weather and UV Resistance: Built to withstand outdoor conditions, making them perfect for signage, safety labels, and durable nameplates.
  • Mechanical & Chemical Resistance: Provides resilience against abrasion and exposure to common chemicals, depending on substrate and curing conditions.
